PUERTO RICAN DAY CHARADE
I'm all for ethnic pride. You want to celebrate your ethnicity with a day of parades, concerts, cook-outs, whatever - fine with me, but do you have to drive around all day honking your damn horn and blowing whistles? Is that some sort of cultural aspect brought here from the home land - horn honking? Is that what happens daily in Puerto Rico?
