FAR TOO LITTLE, WAY TOO LATEIs he kidding, 2025? This shit needs to happen yesterday, and here's this lame duck, leaving us with a trillion dollar war debt to top polluter China, and he finally accepts there MAY be a problem with climate change and proposes "putting the brakes on greenhouse gas emissions from electric power plants within 10 to 15 years" according to CNN.
We'll all be dead by then.
